Welcome to Fulham Waste Services. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

We provide waste collection and disposal services. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including safety concerns or prohibited items.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and only for genuine enquiries, information, quote requests, or booking-related purposes.

You must not misuse the website, submit false or fraudulent enquiries, or attempt to interfere with the availability, security, or performance of the site or any of its features.

Any pricing shown on the website, on social media, or in initial messaging is intended as guide pricing unless clearly confirmed as a fixed accepted quote.

Final charges may vary depending on load size, material type, access conditions, floor level, labour required, parking restrictions, timing, hazardous handling needs, and any extra handling requirements identified on arrival.

A quote is only confirmed once Fulham Waste Services has reviewed the relevant job details and accepted the job on final agreed terms in writing or by recorded message.

The following items are strictly prohibited unless agreed upon in writing prior to collection:

Customers remain responsible for disclosing any hazardous, restricted, or unusual waste types before a booking is confirmed. Failure to disclose may result in the waste being left or an additional specialist disposal charge being applied.

Customers must provide accurate information when booking, including the type and volume of waste, property access details, floor level, parking restrictions, nearby permit requirements, and any other restrictions that may affect the collection.

The business may revise a price, require additional handling, or decline a booking where the information supplied is materially inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, or outside the agreed scope of work.

Payment is due upon completion of the job or as agreed for commercial accounts. For certain bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your slot.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Cancellations: You have the right to cancel your booking at any time. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot or "no-shows" will forfeit the deposit to cover vehicle and labour mobilization costs.

Wasted Journeys / Dry Runs: If our team arrives and cannot access the waste, or the waste is significantly different from described/quoted, a wasted journey fee (equal to the deposit or £50, whichever is greater) will apply.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of booking to cancel the service for a full refund. However, if you request the service to begin within this 14-day period (e.g., a same-day or next-day clearance), you acknowledge that your right to a full refund is waived for costs already incurred by the company.

We maintain comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. However, our liability for any single incident is limited to the total value of the service provided, except in cases of personal injury or death caused by our negligence.

While we take every care during collection, we are not liable for minor damage to property (e.g., driveway scratches, doorframe scuffs, or wall marks) caused by the necessary movement of heavy waste, unless due to proven negligence.

We may use approved partner companies or sister companies to carry out work on our behalf.

All partners are fully licensed waste carriers and held to the same high standards of service, environmental compliance, and health and safety as Fulham Waste Services.

Any work performed by an approved partner remains the responsibility of Fulham Waste Services under these terms, and all customer communications, invoicing, and service guarantees continue to be managed through our business as the principal contractor.

We are a fully licensed Waste Carrier registered with the Environment Agency.

We provide waste transfer notes for all collections as required by law, ensuring a full audit trail for your waste disposal.

Website content, written copy, layouts, branding elements, logos, and imagery are protected by applicable intellectual property rights unless otherwise stated.

No material from this website should be copied, reproduced, scraped, or republished without the prior written permission of Fulham Waste Services.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or commercial changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
